What is Cassowary Group?
Cassowary Group develops, owns, operates and integrates the supply chains, resources, manufacturing, transport, infrastructure, maintenance, technology, workforce and operational capability required to deliver industrial projects and support long-term operations.
The Group works with both existing operations and new developments. It may assess, restructure and improve an existing operating system, or establish a new operation and its supporting supply chains from the ground up.
Industrial problems rarely sit within one department, contractor, supplier relationship or workstream. Cassowary Group works across these boundaries.
Purpose and operating philosophy.
Cassowary Group does not begin with a predetermined service. It begins with the required operational outcome, identifies what must work for that outcome to be achieved, and establishes the people, assets, systems, infrastructure, commercial arrangements and operating structure required to support it.
The structure follows the requirement. Cassowary Group does not attempt to replace every specialist. It works with appropriate OEMs, contractors, suppliers, engineers, consultants, trades, technology providers, operators and other partners where external expertise is the right solution.

Different requirements need different structures.
Cassowary Group's role is determined by the project, commercial structure and level of responsibility required. Depending on the requirement, the Group may develop, own, invest in, procure, build, manage, operate or integrate industrial capability, working with specialist partners where appropriate. These roles may be used separately or in combination, subject to project requirements, commercial assessment and agreed scope.

Cassowary Group does not need to own or internally perform every specialist function. The Group works with appropriate OEMs, contractors, suppliers, engineers, consultants, trades, technology providers, operators, recruitment firms and other partners where external expertise is the right solution.
The Cassowary Group supplier network enables suppliers, OEMs, manufacturers, contractors, transport operators, technology providers, maintenance providers, professional-services firms and other specialist businesses to form part of the operating systems the Group develops, manages and operates.
