Military service develops the exact capabilities the organisation is built around: structured thinking, operational discipline, mission execution, and the ability to function under pressure in complex environments. Pathways Command manages all veteran intake.
Technical & Trade
Kifaru · Vantomus · Transport
Heavy vehicle technicians, civil construction trades, and industrial maintenance personnel are recruited across Kifaru, Vantomus, and Cassowary Transport. Roles are structured around deployment capability — what you can do in the field, not just what your qualifications say on paper.
Logistics & Operations
Cassowary Transport · Nexus
Transport operators, logistics coordinators, and supply chain personnel are recruited for deployment across Cassowary Transport and Cassowary Nexus. Remote and regional deployment experience is valued. The ability to operate without supervision in complex environments is essential.
Manufacturing & Engineering
Ausley
Ausley recruits manufacturing engineers, R&D personnel, and precision systems specialists. Roles are structured around sovereign manufacturing capability — building and maintaining systems that the organisation owns outright, not sourcing from suppliers who can withdraw capability at will.
Command & Administration
All Divisions
Senior operational, administrative, and command-level roles are filled selectively and by direct introduction only. These positions carry accountability within the theatre structure. They are not advertised publicly and are not filled through standard recruitment processes.
Service is a

Pathways Command exists specifically to convert that capability into structured civilian deployment within the theatre. Veterans are not placed into generic roles. They are deployed into positions that match their actual capability — and given a progression pathway that reflects the discipline they already have.
