Commercial Partners

Bring the opportunity. We establish what it requires.

Cassowary Group works with approved Commercial Partners who identify and introduce suitable industrial, operational and project opportunities. Commercial Partners extend the Group's commercial reach while Cassowary Group retains responsibility for assessing the requirement, determining the appropriate delivery structure and entering into any resulting client agreement.

What is the Commercial Partner Program?

Cassowary Group operates a Commercial Partner model through which approved external businesses and representatives may identify and introduce prospective clients, projects and commercial opportunities to the Group.

Commercial Partners perform a commercial-introduction function. They are not employees, distributors, franchisees or parties with unrestricted authority to bind Cassowary Group.

Commercial Partner approval does not grant authority to bind Cassowary Group, make commitments on its behalf, guarantee that a submitted opportunity will be accepted, or guarantee that a commercial agreement will result.

Suppliers and Commercial Partners are different.

Supplier Network

Suppliers provide products, equipment, materials, services, specialist expertise or operating capacity required by Cassowary Group projects and operations. A supplier helps Cassowary Group deliver the work.

Commercial Partner Network

Commercial Partners identify and introduce prospective clients, projects and commercial opportunities to Cassowary Group. A Commercial Partner helps Cassowary Group identify and originate the work.

Some organisations may perform both roles under separate agreements.

Types of relevant opportunities.

Commercial Partners introduce opportunities that align with Cassowary Group's industrial capability. Introduction does not guarantee acceptance or result in a commercial agreement.

—Resources and mining projects
—Agricultural and regional operating requirements
—Transport and logistics systems
