Capabilities

Capability built around the requirement.

Cassowary Group develops, owns, operates and integrates the capabilities required to establish, deliver and sustain industrial projects and operations. These capabilities can operate independently or be combined where a project requires one connected operating system.

Procurement, Offtake & Supply

Secure inputs, supply relationships, offtake arrangements and commercial pathways are part of the operating system. A project or operation cannot perform reliably if its inputs, commercial arrangements, supply relationships and downstream pathways are not established.

Connects with: Resources & Materials, OEM & Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics

Resources & Materials

Resources and materials are the starting point for many industrial systems. This capability covers resource development, mineral and metals sourcing, supply security, processing pathways, offtake and downstream industrial demand.

Connects with: Procurement, Offtake & Supply, OEM & Manufacturing

OEM & Manufacturing

Manufacturing is a connected industrial system, not an isolated factory process. Cassowary Group owns an Australian OEM operation as part of its broader operating activities.

Connects with: Resources & Materials, Transport & Logistics, Maintenance & Asset Management

Transport & Logistics

Transport is part of the operating system, not an isolated freight transaction. It depends on vehicles, people, fuel, maintenance, roads, facilities, scheduling, communication, compliance and dependable access to freight.

Connects with: Infrastructure, Maintenance & Asset Management, Workforce & Operations

Infrastructure

Infrastructure should be built around the operation it must support. An asset has limited value if the surrounding operating system does not work.

Connects with: Transport & Logistics, Maintenance & Asset Management, Workforce & Operations

Maintenance & Asset Management

Maintenance begins at selection and design, not after an asset fails. Assets need people, facilities, tools, information, supply arrangements and decision-making systems around them to remain available.

Connects with: Infrastructure, Systems & Technology, Procurement, Offtake & Supply

Workforce & Operations

Workforce is part of the operating model, not labour hire. Cassowary Group's workforce capability is built around delivering and operating projects and operations for which it holds responsibility.

Connects with: Operational Oversight, Maintenance & Asset Management, Systems & Technology

Systems & Technology

Technology is built around the operation, not the other way around. Cassowary Group develops, integrates and operates technology where it supports a wider industrial or operational requirement.

Connects with: Operational Oversight, Maintenance & Asset Management, Workforce & Operations

Operational Oversight

One operating picture. Clear responsibility. Command means establishing defined authority, responsibility, decision rights, communications and escalation across the agreed operational scope.

Connects with: All capabilities — operational control integrates across the full operating system
