Where we work
The requirement determines the location.
Cassowary Group does not maintain a fixed international office network. We work where the requirement takes us.
Our current international focus includes Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand. These are the markets where we are actively pursuing and assessing industrial projects and operations.
This focus reflects where we see the strongest alignment between industrial requirements and the capability Cassowary Group provides. It is not a permanent boundary.
How we establish
Local presence scales with the work.
We do not establish a permanent local entity before the work justifies it. Local presence is built around the requirement — it scales with the size and duration of the work.
For a short-term project, this may mean deploying the right people and supply arrangements for the duration. For a longer-term operation, it may mean establishing local supply relationships, local workforce, and the operational infrastructure required to sustain the work.
The structure follows the requirement. We do not impose a standard international model on every engagement.
What we carry
The same capability, wherever the work is.
The capability Cassowary Group provides does not change based on geography. Supply, materials, equipment, transport, infrastructure, maintenance, workforce, technology and operational oversight travel with the requirement.
Local regulatory requirements, supply chains and workforce conditions vary by market. We assess these as part of establishing the right structure for each engagement.
Our approach
Distance does not change the requirement.
Industrial operations in remote or international locations face the same fundamental challenge as operations anywhere else. The parts required for the work need to arrive, operate and support each other when required.
Distance adds complexity to supply chains, workforce mobilisation, regulatory compliance and local relationships. It does not change what needs to happen.
Cassowary Group works on the ground, with the people, equipment, suppliers and operations involved. We do not manage international work from a distance.
Where specialist local knowledge is required — legal, regulatory, technical — we work with the right local professionals. We do not substitute our own judgement for theirs.
