C.M. Willson co-founded Cassowary Group in 2022 and is the guiding hand behind the organisation's design and model. Her vision gave Cassowary its structure — the doctrine, the theatre architecture, and the coherence that holds nine business names under a single command.
The Cassowary model — its logic, its layering, its sovereign-scale ambition — is her work. It is the intellectual foundation on which the entire organisation is built.
